These mini pie pasties can be made as small or big as you'd like. Use whatever meat or vegetables you have on hand or vary your fillings and let each member make their own.

Serve them with ketchup or barbecue sauce for more kids fun food.

Beef or chicken fajitas are great for marinating meat in the am and then cooking it quick at dinner time. Cut your peppers and onions at the same time you are marinating your meat so they are cut and ready to go also.

91. Irish Dinner

This is a great crockpot recipe that you include the meat and the vegetables. Get it ready in the morning and forget about it all day. Love that!

90. Crepes for Dinner


Make these either for a breakfast for dinner night or fill your crepes with ham and cheese or chicken salad. Any sandwich type fillings would work great as well as fresh berries, yogurt or cottage cheese.

89. Lumpia


Lumpias are like eggrolls. They are a dish that comes from the Philippines.

Try this easy lumpia recipe
Lumpia wrappers
Cooked ground beef
2-3 carrots, shredded
Mix cooked beef and carrots together in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a small pan of oil on the stove to deep fat fry. Or you can bake this in the oven.
Place 1-2 tablespoons of beef mixture on end of a lumpia wrapper. Roll up and tuck in sides. Continue to roll to the end. Fry in oil until crispy.
Serve with teriyaki sauce or other dipping sauce.
**Another simple filling idea is cooked shredded chicken seasoned with 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce and a sprinkle of ginger. (Or to taste.)
